The Columbus Hot Chocolate & Eggnog 6k, 12k, 18k & Kids Dash on Saturday, December 21, 2024 is a great way to wrap up the year with a fun and unique holiday race that is perfect for everyone in the family! Wear the ugliest sweater, shirt or jacket that you can find! Join in the fun of racing around one of central Ohio's best parks and trail systems and then enjoy some snacks and drink delicious eggnog and decadent hot chocolate!

All 6k, 12k and 18k participants will receive delicious hot chocolate, yummy eggnog, finish line race video, race photos, soft long sleeve ring spun shirts, finisher medals with moving legs, custom race bibs, a chip timed race, instant results, snacks, fruit, refreshments, scenic race course, photo opp in front of a 15ft inflatable reindeer, FREE parking and more!

Adult sizes are long sleeve shirts. Youth sizes are t-shirts. The same print will be on the front of all shirts.

Schedule:

The Kids Dash will start first at 10:00am and at 10:15am the 6k, 12k and 18k participants will begin.

There is a 3 hour time limit. Timing will end and the course will close at 1:15pm.

Course Info:

All courses will be on paved surfaces.

Every race will start and finish at the exact same line at Sharon Woods Metro Park. All routes will be on paved trails.

Awards:

Digital finisher certificates will be available online for everyone in the 6k, 12k and 18k.

Age groups are as follows for the 6k, 12k and 18k and results will be posted with age groups but there will not be an awards ceremony.

9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89 & 90+
