This is the 14th year for the 36.8 mile Relay/Ultra and widely acclaimed for it's scenic Emerald Coast views, fun and festivities for the New Year's holiday time frame. The Northwest Florida Track Club (NWFTC) race begins on Okaloosa Island and traverses Destin, Bluewater Bay, Niceville, Shalimar and Fort Walton Beach before finishing at the Elks Lodge on Okaloosa Island. Beaches, bridges (7), bayous and Choctawhatchee Bay will form the backdrop for much of the race. Special discounted resort hotel rooms at the famous beach front The Island Hotel. The construction on Brooks Bridge in FWB may cause some changes, which will be announced race week.
