Pennsylvania Open Air Farmers Market

2300 North Cameron Street

The PA Open Air Farmers Market in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, has been in operation since 1974. Because of the longevity of our market, some of the farmers and vendors providing seasonal goodness to our customers are second and third generation! How’s that for sustainability! Our 25 plus vendors include farmers and producers selling homegrown, fresh-picked fruits and vegetables, European style breads, wine, ice cream, cheese, homemade baked goods including pies, cakes, cookies and whoopee pies, pasture raised meats, poultry and eggs, as well as fantastic condiments including hot sauces and barbecue sauces, that can be used in hundreds of creative ways to spice up your everyday cooking. Healthy, Pennsylvania-grown native plants and other perennials are available throughout the market season, while spring brings an abundance of annuals, herbs and hanging baskets. Fall mums begin to appear in late August. Troutman’s food truck is here to provide homemade soups and sandwiches, along with hot dogs, sausages and their specialty French fries. Picnic tables are available. Lawn and shade trees border the market if you want to bring a blanket and settle down there for a picnic instead. Port-a-johns and a hand washing station are available on site for your comfort. Parking at the Farm Show is ALWAYS FREE for market customers. If there is an event going on at the Farm Show, just tell the parking attendant that you are going to the Farmers Market.
